Using materials developed at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, our workshops draw upon the latest interdisciplinary research in negotiation skills, dispute resolution, decision-making, and conflict management.

Our dynamic workshops, combine short lectures, interactive exercises, skills-based simulations, and structured debriefs, that draw upon our decades of teaching experience to deliver unparalleled instruction.

Most of CNI’s workshops are for one- or two- days although we also offer workshops that are shorter and longer, depending on a client’s needs and goals.

In addition, for some long-term and institutional clients we have developed a sequence of progressively advancing one-day courses, ranging from Negotiation Fundamentals to Multiparty Negotiation & Conflict Resolution, to Managing Challenging Conversations.
