Our team are experts in negotiation, mediation, facilitation, conflict resilience, consensus building, and managing complex multistakeholder processes. We use our skills to help individuals and organizations learn how to collaborate across differences, transform conflict, and negotiate to mutual gain.

Our expertise is multidisciplinary and diverse by design. Many of us have taught at some of the top universities in the world, including Harvard Law School, Georgetown University Law Center, University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, Boston University, Boston College, St. Gallen University, York University, and the University of Toronto. All of us also have rich practical experience and connection to real world negotiation dilemmas and opportunities that conflict offers for vibrancy and healthy organizations.
