Tristan Jones has taught and consulted on negotiation and difficult conversations since 2003.  For several years he taught an intensive Legal Negotiation Seminar as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University.  He has delivered negotiation training and consultancy for corporate clients in the pharmaceutical, energy, retail, banking and healthcare sectors. 

Tristan is based in London where he works as a barrister (litigator) at Blackstone Chambers.  He practices in a wide range of civil law, including anti-trust law, labor law, commercial law and human rights law.  He is described by the leading legal directory as “clearly a star in the making”.  Tristan’s experience enables him to put negotiation theory to work in highly contentious situations, and he has been involved in negotiating settlements in a wide range of litigation contexts including discrimination suits, labor conflicts, commercial damages claims, and claims against regulators and other public bodies.
